We are currently seeking a Server to join our team responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our residents. The role of Server at Milestone is integral to the overall resident experience, providing attentive and personalized service during meal times. Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Pass health screenings
TB clearance
Fingerprinting and background checks
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in food service preferred
Current ServSafe Certification required
Ability to obtain or hold any local, state, or county food handling or sanitation licenses as required
First Aid certification required
Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
Strong communication and organizational skills
Pleasant, professional, and personable demeanor
Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and remain calm under pressure

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Deliver excellent customer service and ensure residents' dining preferences and dietary needs are met
Circulate in the dining room to assess satisfaction and address concerns promptly
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas including tables, chairs, linens, and equipment
Follow safe work practices and support team compliance with Safety Committee standards
Assist coworkers beyond assigned duties to ensure smooth service and a positive team environment
Report any elder maltreatment or abuse in accordance with policy
Perform other duties as assigned
