Servers at Ingo's Arcadia should possess previous guest service experience and demonstrate comfort and efficiency in a fast-paced, energetic dining environment. The role involves anticipating and responding to guest needs, maintaining cleanliness and order using station checklists, and showcasing a thorough understanding of the menu to enhance the guest experience. Additionally, staff are encouraged to cross-train in different areas throughout the restaurant, further expanding their skills and contribution to the team. Maintaining high food and alcohol handling, safety, and sanitation standards is a critical part of this role to ensure both guest and staff well-being.

This role offers competitive compensation, including a negotiable hourly rate plus tips, with servers typically earning over $20.00 per hour on average.
