The Server position at Eastcastle Place is a part-time, non-exempt role offering a competitive hourly wage of $17.00, with the added benefit of being a no-tip facility. The schedule is thoughtfully crafted to support a healthy work-life balance, with shifts primarily on Thursdays from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, alternating weekend shifts on Saturdays from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, and Sundays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences to seniors. Servers at Eastcastle Place play a critical role in enhancing the quality of life for residents by providing friendly, attentive, and respectful service. Responsibilities include taking meal and beverage orders, ensuring proper and efficient meal service, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of dining areas, and accommodating special requests with grace and courtesy. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
