Located conveniently with access to public transportation including multiple bus lines, Eastcastle Place prides itself on providing a continuum of care that supports active and fulfilling lifestyles while honoring the dignity and independence of each resident. The establishment offers a unique environment where residents experience not only excellent care but also memorable dining and social experiences that nurture both body and soul. The organization also places a strong emphasis on staff development, offering benefits such as tuition reimbursement, wellness programs, and employee recognition initiatives to enhance personal and professional growth.

The server role at Eastcastle Place is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and dedicated to making a meaningful impact through exceptional dining service. The schedule includes Thursdays from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and every other weekend with Saturdays from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm and Sundays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, offering a manageable work-life balance.

As a Server, you will be at the forefront of the dining experience, responsible for providing warm, attentive, and personalized service to residents and guests. This role requires a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will take and serve meal orders accurately, accommodate special dietary needs and requests, maintain cleanliness and order in the dining areas, and contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall satisfaction of residents. Working collaboratively with the hospitality team, cooks, dietary staff, and leadership, the Server plays a vital part in supporting the community's overall wellness and enjoyment.

This role is ideal for candidates with previous hospitality experience, ideally within a senior living or healthcare setting, who value teamwork and take pride in their work ethic and service excellence. Eastcastle Place offers an inclusive work environment where diversity is celebrated, and every employee is valued for their unique contributions. Employees benefit from comprehensive support programs, including health and wellness initiatives, maternity benefits, holiday bonuses, and access to free fitness facilities. The organization is firmly committed to equal employment opportunities and maintains rigorous standards for safety and professionalism, including mandatory background checks, drug screening, and immunizations as conditions of employment.

Joining Eastcastle Place means becoming part of a remarkable community that honors the stories, experiences, and individuality of each resident while fostering a workplace culture of respect, growth, and fulfillment.
