The server role at Eastcastle Place is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and dedicated to making a meaningful impact through exceptional dining service. This part-time, non-exempt position offers a salary of $17.00 per hour with a no-tipping policy, emphasizing equitable earnings and a team-focused culture. The schedule includes Thursdays from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and every other weekend with Saturdays from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm and Sundays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, offering a manageable work-life balance.

As a Server, you will be at the forefront of the dining experience, responsible for providing warm, attentive, and personalized service to residents and guests. This role requires a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
