Currently, The Old Spaghetti Factory is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join its team immediately. This role is essential in ensuring that guests receive an exceptional dining experience by providing excellent service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Servers are responsible for interacting with guests, offering detailed menu recommendations, taking and delivering food and beverage orders promptly, and maintaining a professional and courteous attitude at all times. This full-time or part-time position offers hourly pay plus tips, making it a financially rewarding opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality. The role emphasizes multiskilling across customer service aspects, requiring attentive listening, multitasking, and collaboration with other team members to create a seamless dining experience.
