In this role as a Server within one of Integral Senior Living’s vibrant communities, you will play a critical part in enhancing the dining experience of our senior residents. As a Server, you are essential to maintaining the high hospitality standards intrinsic to ISL’s culture. Your responsibilities will include taking meal and drink orders, serving food and beverages to residents and guests in a timely manner, and assuring meal satisfaction. You will be well-versed in all menu items and specials to assist residents with their dining choices and maintain clean and orderly dining and side station areas. The role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, loss prevention protocols, and a team-oriented environment.
