Job Duties

Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their meal
Be knowledgeable about all menu items, restaurant promotions and beverages served including their garnish, contents and preparation methods
Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
Complete necessary side-work as per schedule, including stocking and organizing all supplies
Take and know inventory at all times and requisition daily supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations
Maintain regular attendance, be consistently on time, and observe prescribed work, break and meal periods
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming including compliance with dress code
Perform any other duties as requested by supervisor
