We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team at MSP. As a Server with On the Go, you will play a critical role in ensuring that every guest's dining experience is warm, welcoming, and memorable. This position offers competitive compensation starting at $16.37 per hour plus tips, with opportunities to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where teamwork and communication are key. Reporting to the Manager, Servers are responsible for delivering the signature OTG steps of service, which include warm greetings, detailed menu guidance, thoughtful suggestions, and proactive anticipation of guests’ needs. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to stay calm and effective under pressure, and a passion for upholding the highest standards of hospitality.

The Server will be instrumental in maintaining a clean and organized dining area, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines, and actively participating in training and team meetings. This role demands physical activity including lifting up to 35 pounds and constant movement throughout shifts. The ideal candidate will have open availability to accommodate varied schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and busy travel days. Attention to detail and a positive attitude are essential, as is compliance with local age and certification requirements for serving alcohol.
