We are currently seeking dedicated and customer-focused servers to join our front-of-house team, helping us to set the tone for excellence in craft beer and food service. This role is integral to ensuring guests receive a memorable experience, characterized by excellent service and genuine hospitality. As a server at Upland Brewing Company, you will be the face of our brewpub, guiding guests through their dining and beer selections, including introducing new menu items and beer specials. You will maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations, set tables appropriately, and deliver food and beverages efficiently and with a smile. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about craft beer, attentive to customer needs, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong communication skills.
