We are currently looking for a dedicated and friendly server to join our expanding team. This role is integral to the customer experience, requiring excellent communication, attentiveness, and multitasking skills. As a server at Conrad's Crabs, you will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, presenting menus, taking accurate orders, and delivering food and beverages promptly. You will interact with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and assist with opening and closing duties. The position offers a starting compensation of $3.63 per hour plus tips, with flexible scheduling to accommodate evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role demands a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will be expected to uphold uniform and grooming standards and either hold or be willing to obtain a food handler's permit.
