As a Server at Pine Tree Country Club, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service to members and guests. This role requires a blend of professionalism, hospitality skills, and attention to detail. You will be responsible for attending to guests promptly, describing menu specials, accurately taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring the satisfaction of each guest throughout their visit. Your daily responsibilities include welcoming guests immediately upon seating, offering menu suggestions and answering any questions they have about available dishes and drinks, and efficiently delivering orders in coordination with the kitchen and bar staff. You will also participate in pre-shift meetings and taste tests, maintain a clean and organized workstation, handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy, and use the Point of Sales system to process orders.
