The role we are offering is that of a Restaurant Server. This position is crucial to the overall guest experience, as servers are the face of our restaurant when interacting with guests. As a Restaurant Server, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent guest service by engaging guests warmly, describing the menu items including food and beverages, accurately taking orders, efficiently delivering dishes, and handling payment transactions. This role involves active communication with guests to answer any questions, inform them about current specials or promotions, and to make suggestions that enhance their dining experience using effective up-selling techniques.

Additionally, you will be responsible for addressing any guest concerns promptly and escalating complex issues to the manager to ensure complete satisfaction. Maintaining cleanliness and safety within the restaurant environment is also an essential part of this role, ensuring that guests enjoy not only great food but also a comfortable and safe dining space.

This position demands a high level of physical activity, including standing and moving around for prolonged periods during shifts that may last up to eight hours. Familiarity with operating a Point of Sales (POS) system is necessary, as it is used consistently throughout the shift to process orders and payments efficiently.

Ideal candidates should be at least eighteen years old, possess effective communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is also required to meet the dynamic needs of our business. Previous restaurant or server experience is preferred but not mandatory as training will be provided to help new hires succeed.
