We're currently inviting talented individuals to join our team as Servers, an essential role in providing guests with a distinctive dining experience. Servers at The Capital Grille are responsible for delivering top-tier service by guiding guests through the menu, offering expert beverage and food recommendations tailored to the guests’ preferences, and taking accurate orders in a friendly and attentive manner. This role demands a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and an ability to anticipate and exceed guest needs to foster guest satisfaction and loyalty. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication skills
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Provide exceptional dining service by greeting and interacting with guests
Guide guests through menu options and recommend food and beverage pairings
Accurately take and enter guest orders
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health and safety regulations
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
Uphold the highest levels of customer service to encourage repeat visits
