This is an exciting full-time opportunity within the Food and Beverage & Culinary category, designed for individuals who enjoy dynamic roles within a renowned hospitality setting. The position is non-management, offering a wage of $13.63 per hour and includes tip eligibility, providing an advantageous compensation package for motivated candidates. This role requires flexibility in shift work, including availability on weekends and holidays, which is essential to meet the demands of the hospitality industry.

In this server role, you will be at the forefront of guest interaction, responsible for serving food courses and alcoholic beverages while ensuring that every guest’s dining experience is seamless and enjoyable. You will meticulously set tables according to the type of event and service standards, answer guest questions related to menu selections, and maintain clear communication with the kitchen staff about menu inquiries, order status, and special meal requirements including allergies and dietary needs. Utilizing the MICROS system, you will record transaction orders accurately and efficiently.

The role demands a high level of guest service, requiring you to check in with patrons regularly throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and respond promptly to any additional requests. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of your work area, including all dinnerware and glassware, and will conduct closing duties such as restocking and turning off equipment. Presenting the final check and processing payment accurately and professionally is also a critical function of this position.

Beyond guest service, you will uphold all safety and security policies, proactively reporting any accidents or unsafe conditions to management while participating in necessary training and certifications. Wearing a clean, professional uniform and maintaining a presentable personal appearance are essential aspects of the role. Confidentiality of proprietary information and protection of company assets are also key responsibilities.
