The Server role at HMSHost is crucial to the dining experience, acting as the direct link between guests and the culinary team. Servers are responsible for promptly taking and delivering food and beverage orders, ensuring orders are entered accurately and in the proper sequence. This position typically reports to management personnel like the Store Manager or General Manager.

Candidates should have at least six months of relevant serving experience, preferably in high-volume or fast-casual dining settings. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs and the stamina to stand and move for extended periods.
