This job opportunity is for a part-time Server position with the Healthcare Foodservice team located in Beverly, Massachusetts, at Harborlight House. This role involves direct interaction with a diverse group of customers, primarily in a healthcare setting, where the quality and delivery of food service play a vital role in the overall well-being of patients and residents. The Server role is designed to offer a balanced work-life schedule with no late-night shifts, providing a stable and supportive work environment with a typical schedule of Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, totaling 28 hours per week excluding the 30-minute meal break.

The Server is expected to greet customers promptly and in a friendly manner, explain specials and menu items clearly, take orders accurately, and ensure ongoing follow-up to improve the meal experience. The position requires adherence to health code regulations to maintain a safe and compliant service environment. The compensation for this role starts at $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on relevant experience.
