As a Server at Red Lobster, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for every guest. The position offers weekly pay with competitive wages ranging from USD 17.81 to USD 25.00 per hour, along with flexible scheduling to accommodate diverse needs. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting customers warmly, providing attentive service by suggesting beverages, appetizers, and desserts, accurately taking and entering orders into the POS system, timely delivery of food and drink orders, and ensuring customers are satisfied throughout their visit. You will manage the efficient settlement of bills and invite guests to return. Adherence to all food safety standards is essential. Working collaboratively with the team, you must maintain an eye for detail and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Physical demands include the ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds, sustained periods of standing between 8 to 12 hours per shift, and working cohesively within a team setting.
