We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and detail-oriented Server to join our restaurant team at the Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach. This role is essential to ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience by providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced yet welcoming environment. The Server will greet and seat customers, take food and beverage orders, deliver orders in a timely manner, and continuously check on patrons throughout their meal to maintain satisfaction. Additionally, the Server will handle any customer concerns with professionalism and politeness, upsell menu specials to enhance the dining experience, and process payments accurately. The role requires the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate the club’s busy seasons.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive under pressure while paying close attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar server role is preferred, as is knowledge of restaurant service procedures and point-of-sale systems such as Jonas Management Systems. Physical stamina is important since this position involves standing or walking for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
