The role available is that of a Server, a fundamental position responsible for providing prompt and courteous service throughout each guest's visit. This role requires adherence to the CHARM service model, ensuring that guests receive a welcoming and memorable experience that encourages repeat business. The Server is tasked with taking accurate orders, delivering food and beverages efficiently, and performing opening and closing duties along with regular side work to maintain smooth operation. Additionally, the Server must comply with all relevant health and safety standards, including responsible alcohol service, cash handling, and accounting procedures. Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to provide friendly guest service
Willingness to assist others and work as part of a team

Understanding and compliance with food handling and serving regulations
Ability to process cash and credit card transactions
Ability to operate a computer, calculator, and phone
Strong attention to detail
Good organizational and time management skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Maintain a welcoming and friendly attitude while contributing to a teamwork-based work environment
Learn the menu to explain offerings, make recommendations and suggestively sell to guests
Provide guests with a friendly welcome and memorable farewell
Follow the CHARM service model to deliver a great guest experience
Suggestively sell and inform guests about current features and promotions
Accurately record and input guest orders into the MICROS system in a timely manner
Deliver food and beverages to guests within and outside assigned sections
Check back with guests, provide refills, and prebus tables
Partner with teammates to ensure all guest needs are met
Perform opening and closing duties along with running side work
Ensure highest quality preparation and presentation of food and beverages
Respond promptly to guests' needs and requests
Present accurate guest checks, accept payments, and complete transactions quickly
Answer phone calls and assist guests courteously
Serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with company policy
Notify management of incidents involving excessive alcohol consumption
Process guest checks and payments according to cash handling and accounting policies
Report all tips following company and IRS guidelines
Maintain a professional and positive attitude when communicating with guests and team
Carry out other assigned responsibilities as needed
