The company prioritizes a culture of unbridled energy, magnetic personalities, and a passion for fun, ensuring every dining encounter is memorable for both guests and team members. Red Robin is a high-volume, full-service restaurant that emphasizes connection, fun, and generosity, making it a beloved destination for families, friends, and burger enthusiasts alike. With locations across the country, Red Robin is widely recognized for its commitment to quality food and exceptional customer service.

The server role at Red Robin is a vital part of the Front of House service team, responsible for delivering a fun, satisfying, and efficient dining experience. Servers use handheld technology to take orders with accuracy and speed, ensuring timely service of food and beverages. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have excellent customer service skills. Servers at Red Robin not only take orders but also engage guests, creating a lively and inviting atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. Employment at Red Robin comes with numerous benefits, including flexible work schedules that accommodate different lifestyles and family needs. Employees enjoy a 50% discount on Red Robin food and a 25% discount for their family, making dining out more affordable. Additionally, referral bonuses incentivize team members to bring talented new members to the crew. Red Robin supports career growth by providing excellent opportunities to advance within the company, as many managers started as hourly team members. The organization is committed to equal opportunity employment, welcoming diverse candidates who share its passion for hospitality.

This role is open to candidates aged 18 and older and involves interactive use of technology to streamline order taking. Beyond the core duties, Red Robin offers benefits such as health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance for eligible employees aged 18 and above. Additional compensation benefits include a referral bonus and an employee stock purchase program available to those with over one year of service and a minimum of 20 hours per week. A 401(k) retirement plan with company matching of up to 4% is also offered to employees aged 21 and over, with over one year of service and at least 1,000 hours worked annually. Paid time off accrues based on hours worked after one year of service for employees working over 35 hours per week.

The hiring process includes the use of an Automated Employment Decision Tool (AEDT) to assess candidates on their ability to perform the job, self-rated skill proficiency, and overall fit for the role. Candidates may request alternative selection processes or accommodations as needed to ensure a fair hiring experience.

Joining Red Robin means becoming part of a team that values making every dining experience fresh, fun, memorable, and filled with smiles.
