The role available is that of a Food and Beverage Service Professional focused on delivering impeccable service to hotel guests. As a member of The Ritz-Carlton team, you will be instrumental in ensuring every dining experience is memorable by combining your knowledge of the menu with a warm, attentive demeanor. The position requires you to greet guests, serve food and beverages attentively, and provide recommendations when needed, enhancing guests' overall satisfaction. Attention to detail is critical as you will also be responsible for setting and clearing tables, managing financial transactions using the MICROS system accurately, and maintaining a professional appearance throughout your shifts. This role is designed for team-oriented individuals with a positive attitude and excellent conversational skills who value the importance of creating memorable moments for diverse guests from around the world. The position requires the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and the physical capability to lift and move weights of up to 25 pounds.
