The role of a Server at Red Lobster is a vital position that serves as the face of our brand to customers. As a Server, you will be responsible for welcoming and greeting guests with a smile, taking careful food and beverage orders, offering menu recommendations including drinks, appetizers, and desserts, and ensuring orders are accurately communicated in the POS system. Timely delivery of food orders alongside attentive service—such as refilling drinks and clearing unused items—is essential to creating a seamless dining experience. You will also manage payment processing efficiently while thanking guests and inviting them to return. Strict adherence to food safety guidelines and maintaining a clean, organized environment are crucial components of this role. Servers at Red Lobster thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with their team to exceed guest expectations consistently.

This is an hourly position with a pay range between USD $16.90 and USD $25.00 per hour. We are seeking motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, have excellent communication skills, and demonstrate attention to detail and multitasking ability. Our Servers are ambassadors of hospitality who contribute to the welcoming atmosphere and ensure every meal becomes a memorable experience.
