In this role, you will be required to welcome guests and attend to their tables promptly, serve food and beverages while offering menu recommendations, and apply your in-depth menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests. Accurate handling of transactions using the MICROS point-of-sale system is essential, as well as regularly checking in with guests to guarantee their satisfaction with each dish and drink served. Maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, completing closing duties, and replenishing dishware and other supplies are also key responsibilities. This position demands physical stamina as it involves lifting up to 25 pounds, standing, sitting, or walking for prolonged periods, and adhering to professional appearance standards including wearing a clean uniform.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of related work experience
- ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods
- maintain professional appearance and wear clean uniform
- complete safety training and certification prior to employment
