The role of a Server at University Place involves both part-time and full-time opportunities, presenting a dynamic work environment where employees contribute directly to residents' daily dining experiences. Servers are responsible for assisting in all dietary functions under the guidance of the Dining Services management team. This role does not require prior experience but values at least one year of dining services experience as preferred. A high school diploma or GED is required, and ServSafe certification may be necessary depending on job requirements. Compensation ranges from $1.00 to $16.00 per hour, reflecting the varying employment types and shifts available.
