The Server position at Waterstone is part-time with shifts available from 3pm to 8pm and 4pm to 8pm, requiring flexibility in weekday and weekend availability with weekend work being mandatory. This role is integral to the culinary team and is responsible for ensuring an exceptional dining experience for senior residents. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service or food service experience beneficial
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

  • Must pass background check and drug screening
