30hop Restaurant & Bar is a vibrant full-service American restaurant and bar located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. 30hop is currently looking to expand its front-of-house team by hiring Servers who are enthusiastic, dependable, and enjoy connecting with guests. Whether you're a seasoned serving professional or someone eager to develop hospitality skills in a fast-paced environment, this role offers the chance to become part of a supportive team. Servers at 30hop play a pivotal role in delivering an outstanding guest experience through friendly interactions, attentive service, and efficient order management. The position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with shifts ranging from four to eight hours, primarily between 4:00 PM and close on weekdays and during the day on weekends.

This role provides competitive compensation with fully trained servers earning $4.35 per hour plus tips, with tip payouts distributed the following morning. Additionally, full-time employees working an average of 35 or more hours per week are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off beginning at two weeks annually, medical insurance with 30hop covering 50% of the premium, dental and vision plans, and a 401(k) plan featuring a discretionary employer match. All team members benefit from a 25% dining discount for themselves and up to seven guests, access to an Employee Assistance Program with counseling services, discounts at other Craft Concepts restaurants, and participation in employee appreciation events.

  • must obtain Iowa alcohol server certification (I-PACT) within 30 days of hire

Job Duties
