Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of server experience in fine-dining or upscale casual environments
excellent verbal communication skills
strong knowledge of food, cocktails, wine, and beer
professional appearance and punctuality
active TIPS/TAMS and ServSafe food handler certifications

ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
availability to work evenings, weekends, late nights, and holidays

Job Qualifications

assist runners in delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately
maintain clean, organized service areas and ensure tables are cleared and reset efficiently
monitor guests’ needs proactively, anticipating refills, additional items, and timing of courses
work collaboratively with teammates to maintain smooth service and positive communication during high-volume periods
support overall operations by assisting with setup and breakdown of stations, coffee service, and wine restocking as directed
handle guest concerns with professionalism and communicate promptly with management when assistance is needed
follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies, maintaining active TIPS/TAMS and ServSafe food handler certifications
be available for evening, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts as required by business volume
