Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • prepare, maintain, and reset tables and service stations by completing all assigned sidework
  • assist runners in delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately
  • maintain clean, organized service areas and ensure tables are cleared and reset efficiently
  • monitor guests’ needs proactively, anticipating refills, additional items, and timing of courses
  • work collaboratively with teammates to maintain smooth service and positive communication during high-volume periods
  • support overall operations by assisting with setup and breakdown of stations, coffee service, and wine restocking as directed
  • handle guest concerns with professionalism and communicate promptly with management when assistance is needed
  • follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies, maintaining active TIPS/TAMS and ServSafe food handler certifications
  • be available for evening, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts as required by business volume
