An important aspect of the role is adherence to safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies, which requires holding current TIPS/TAMS and ServSafe food handler certifications.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive lifting and carrying tasks, including trays and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds, are essential. The Server must be able to stand and walk for the duration of shifts that may occur during evenings, late-nights, weekends, and holidays, demonstrating reliability and flexibility as required by business volume. Additionally, excellent verbal communication and guest engagement skills are needed to thrive in this dynamic environment.
Candidates for this position should have a minimum of two years of server experience in fine-dining or upscale casual settings, professional appearance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality is preferred but not mandatory. Job Requirements
