This full-time, non-management Guest Service Expert position at Seventh State focuses on delivering an unforgettable guest experience beyond just serving food and beverages. The role is based at 7707 Woodmont Ave, Bethesda, Maryland, and offers a tip-eligible hourly wage ranging from $11.10 to $11.94, with a training and PTO rate from $22.20 to $23.88 per hour. The job requires engagement in multiple tasks including setting tables, coordinating with kitchen staff, interacting with guests, serving food and drinks, and maintaining cleanliness in work and storage areas. These experts ensure all service transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

A key part of this role involves adhering to company standards such as maintaining a safe work environment, following company guidelines and procedures, and upholding professional appearance and communication standards. The position demands physical activity including standing, sitting, walking on uneven or slippery surfaces, reading and verifying menu information, and handling objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
