Job Description

Pacific Catch, Inc. is a vibrant restaurant company renowned for its commitment to exceptional hospitality and top-tier guest service. As a growing brand within the dining industry, Pacific Catch, Inc. places significant emphasis on creating a fun and inclusive work environment where team members feel truly cared for and valued. The company’s culture is built around core values that foster excellence, collaboration, and a passion for delivering outstanding dining experiences. Known for its dedication to quality food and service, Pacific Catch, Inc. continuously strives to cultivate an environment where employees can grow both personally and professionally. This approach not only enhances the guest experience but also ensures that each team member has the opportunity to thrive within a supportive community. By focusing on attracting and retaining remarkable individuals who embody their hospitality and team member standards, Pacific Catch, Inc. sets itself apart as an employer of choice in the restaurant industry.

This Server role is a critical part-time, hourly, non-exempt position within Pacific Catch, directly reporting to the General Manager. The role demands a positive, guest-oriented attitude and a strong commitment to providing first-class service. Servers at Pacific Catch are entrusted with the responsibility of delivering an exceptional dining experience by treating guests with warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness. Candidates must be flexible with their schedules, as hours can vary each week and weekend availability is essential. Compensation for this position is set at $17.75 per hour.

The Server’s duties stretch beyond basic order-taking and serving food and drinks. This role serves as the frontline ambassador of the restaurant’s values and customer service standards. Servers will engage guests by presenting drink menus, making thoughtful recommendations, and answering questions regarding the menu. They are responsible for accurately recording orders into the point-of-sale system, processing guest payments promptly, and ensuring all guests’ needs are met throughout their visit. Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the guest’s table is also crucial, including clearing used items such as napkins, glasses, dishes, and silverware efficiently.

This role requires a person who is highly attentive and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a poised and friendly demeanor throughout their shift. The physical demands include standing and moving for extended periods and occasionally lifting items up to 35 pounds, which makes physical fitness and stamina important attributes for success in this role. Previous experience in restaurant or customer service settings is highly preferred, as is a high school education. Hospitality or other related degrees are considered a plus.

Joining Pacific Catch as a Server provides more than just a job - it offers the chance to be part of a brand that values integrity, collaboration, and community. Team members often describe the working environment as supportive and engaging, where their contributions are recognized, and personal growth is genuinely encouraged. If you are passionate about hospitality, delivering high-quality service, and becoming part of a dynamic restaurant team, this opportunity with Pacific Catch is an excellent fit.
