The responsibilities for servers at PJ Whelihan’s are broad, encompassing welcome and greeting of guests, communicating specials, providing menu recommendations, accurately handling orders using the point-of-sale system, serving food and beverages efficiently, and maintaining cleanliness of the service areas. Servers are also responsible for monitoring guest satisfaction throughout their visit, handling payments accurately, and supporting fellow team members during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
