This full-time, non-management Food and Beverage Server position is located at Sheraton New Orleans, situated at 500 Canal Street, Louisiana. The role involves more than traditional serving; employees are expected to take initiative, collaborate with kitchen staff, and ensure overall guest satisfaction through attentive service and the creation of a welcoming ambiance. From setting tables to cleaning work and storage areas, the Hospitality Service Experts understand that their actions contribute directly to the guest's experience. This job requires physical stamina, including standing and walking for extended periods, moving objects under 50 pounds, and frequently bending or stretching to meet job demands.

An essential part of this role is adherence to company standards such as maintaining personal appearance, following safety protocols, and upholding quality standards while fostering a safe and positive work environment. Candidates with six months of restaurant or server experience are preferred, and the position is open to those willing to work day and evening shifts with availability flexibility. The pay rate for this role starts at $7.25 per hour and is tip-eligible, offering the chance to increase earnings based on service quality.
