The Guest Service Expert position at Driftlight Lounge is an engaging and dynamic role that goes beyond traditional hospitality jobs. This full-time, non-management role, primarily on the evening shift, centers around creating an exceptional dining experience for guests. The Guest Service Expert is responsible for a wide range of duties including setting tables, communicating efficiently with kitchen staff, interacting with guests, and keeping workspaces clean and organized. The position involves physical activity including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods on varying surfaces, and safely handling objects up to 25 pounds independently or 50 pounds with assistance. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • less than 1 year related work experience
  • no supervisory experience
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to safely lift and carry items up to 25 pounds alone and up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • work evening shifts as preferred
  • ability to follow company policies and maintain professional appearance
