We are currently seeking an outstanding individual to join our culinary team as a Server. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the dining experience for our residents by providing efficient, courteous, and professional service during meals. Unlike traditional server positions, our Servers work hours that support a balanced lifestyle, with no late-night shifts since our residents prefer to eat early. Additionally, Servers at Legend Senior Living receive a flat hourly wage instead of tips, ensuring a consistent and fair pay structure that protects the interests of both employees and residents. The Server is responsible for creating a welcoming and elegant dining atmosphere, contributing to the Gold Leaf Dining experience that exemplifies high standards of food quality and presentation.

As a Server, you will interact directly with residents and their guests, providing attentive customer service while accurately taking and delivering food and beverage orders. You will assist with special requests whenever possible, monitor the salad bar to ensure proper supply and temperature, and maintain cleanliness and order by clearing tables and resetting them promptly.
