The role of Server at Grand Living is an essential part of this hospitality excellence. This full-time position, with hours from 11am to 7pm, is focused on enhancing the dining experience for residents, their families, and guests across multiple dining venues including the Bistro, Casual dining area, Formal dining room, Luminations® memory care, Club Room, as well as during special events and private functions. The Server is responsible for providing courteous, friendly, professional, and timely service in a manner that exemplifies The Sterling Touch®, Grand Living’s signature standard of hospitality. Reporting to the Executive Chef and Dining Room Supervisor, Servers operate within community standards and procedures to maintain a high level of satisfaction for all dining patrons. The role requires individuals who are attentive to detail and committed to creating memorable dining experiences that contribute directly to the overall well-being and vibrancy of the community.
