The company focuses on fostering professional growth, providing ample opportunities for advancement, and offering competitive benefits to its employees. This dynamic and energetic company has earned a reputation for excellence in service, innovative cuisine, and a strong sense of community engagement. Working at Atlas Restaurant Group means more than just holding a job; it means becoming part of a growing family that values dedication, integrity, and a passion for hospitality.

The Server position at Atlas Restaurant Group is a critical role dedicated to delivering an uncompromising dining experience from the moment guests arrive until their departure. Servers embody genuine hospitality, demonstrating professionalism, attentiveness, and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent communication skills to interact with customers, answer their questions about the menu, and effectively communicate orders to the kitchen. Servers are expected to stay focused on the guests, creating a memorable and positive dining atmosphere throughout their visit.

In addition to guest interaction, the Server must possess strong food and beverage knowledge, encompassing menu details, wine, and craft cocktails to personalize recommendations that enhance the guest experience. The role also emphasizes cleanliness and organization, requiring servers to keep all workstations clean, organized, and properly stocked, performing daily and weekly cleaning tasks as part of maintaining sanitation standards.

Handling financial transactions with accuracy and integrity is another important component of the job, including cash, credit, and debit card payments, ensuring charges are correct, and returning change accurately. The Server position not only demands excellent customer service skills but also the flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. This full-time or part-time role varies in compensation by location, starting from minimum hourly wages plus tips, reflecting local legal requirements, and offering significant earning potential through gratuities.

Atlas Restaurant Group supports its employees with a rich benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week, 401k contribution plans, company-paid life and AD&D insurance, and learning and development programs that encourage career mobility and advancement. Additionally, employees enjoy a pet insurance option and a generous 25% discount across all Atlas properties. Part-time employees also have access to some benefits such as 401k contributions and company-paid life insurance, fostering a supportive workplace regardless of employment status.
