The role being offered is a Server position, which is a critical part of the frontline team at Red Lobster. This is an hourly position with a competitive pay range between $17.13 and $25.00 per hour, reflecting the importance of the role and the skills required. As a Server, the employee will serve as a warm and friendly face to guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Responsibilities include greeting guests with a smile, suggesting beverages, appetizers, and desserts to enhance their experience, accurately taking and entering food and drink orders using the POS system, and delivering orders promptly. Servers must also check in regularly with guests to ensure satisfaction, offer refills, clear used items, and manage billing in a timely and courteous manner. An important aspect of the role is to uphold all food safety standards to ensure guest health and safety.

Physically, the job requires the ability to stand for extended shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours, safely lift up to 30 pounds, and perform movements such as bending, reaching, and crouching. The position demands a cooperative team spirit, attention to detail, and strong multitasking capabilities to manage a fast-paced environment effectively.
