At Tapestry Bistro & Bar, operated by Infuse Hospitality, the team is searching for an experienced and hospitality-driven Server to join their growing staff. This role is ideal for a polished hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment and takes pride in delivering personalized and memorable guest experiences. As a Server, individuals will be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences through attentive, knowledgeable, and intentional service. The position plays a critical part in upholding the standards of fine dining, ensuring guests receive expert guidance through menu selections and enjoy seamless service throughout their visit.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of fine dining or upscale restaurant serving experience
  • Strong food, wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge
  • Experience using restaurant POS systems such as Toast or Square
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Fixed schedule including evenings and optional occasional weekends for private events
  • California Food Handler Card
  • Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification or ability to obtain

Job Duties

  • Deliver warm, professional, and personalized service throughout every guest interaction
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of menus, ingredients, wine, beer, spirits, and specialty beverages
  • Guide guests through menu selections while confidently making recommendations
  • Execute proper intentional dining service standards, including table maintenance, coursing, and beverage service
  • Accurately enter orders into the POS system
  • Coordinate closely with the culinary and bar teams to ensure timely service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, service stations, and event spaces
  • Assist with banquet, catering, and private event execution when needed
  • Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
  • Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times
