The role being offered is a part-time Server position that requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to customer service, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. As a Server at Red Lobster, you will be at the forefront of the dining experience, welcoming guests warmly and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit. Your responsibilities will include suggesting beverages, appetizers, and desserts, taking accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, timely delivery of orders, offering drink refills, clearing unused items, processing payments, and inviting guests to return. Food safety compliance is essential to this role.

This position demands physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods (8 to 12 hours), safely lift up to 30 pounds, and perform duties involving bending, reaching, and crouching. Teamwork, detail orientation, and multitasking abilities are crucial for success.
