The role being offered is a part-time Server position that requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to customer service, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. As a Server at Red Lobster, you will be at the forefront of the dining experience, welcoming guests warmly and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit. Your responsibilities will include suggesting beverages, appetizers, and desserts, taking accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, timely delivery of orders, offering drink refills, clearing unused items, processing payments, and inviting guests to return. Food safety compliance is essential to this role.
This position demands physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods (8 to 12 hours), safely lift up to 30 pounds, and perform duties involving bending, reaching, and crouching. Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or customer service roles advantageous

- familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- suggest beverage, appetizer, and dessert sales
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
- promptly pick up and deliver food orders
- ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills, and clear any unused items
- deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
