We are currently hiring full-time and part-time dine-in food and beverage servers, also known as waiters or waitresses, to join our team. This role is crucial to the overall guest experience, as servers are the face of the restaurant and the primary point of contact for diners. Servers at P.F. Chang's are responsible for delivering amazing hospitality by anticipating, understanding, and exceeding guest expectations. The position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.

The pay rate starts at $10.98 per hour plus tips, with the exact compensation based on experience. P.F. Job Duties

  • Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
  • Understand the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions
  • Guide guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments
  • Understand restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant
  • Maintain proper sanitation practices and follow safety procedures
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
