The Cypress of Charlotte is actively seeking both part-time and full-time Servers to join their fine dining culinary team. Full-time positions range from 30 to 40 hours per week, while part-time roles include less than 30 hours weekly, typically involving nights, weekends, and holidays with specified Sunday shifts from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. With an hourly pay range between $15.00 to $15.86 depending on experience, this role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and providing outstanding dining experiences within a senior living environment. The Server will be responsible for maintaining impeccable dining room standards according to community guidelines, delivering food and beverage service with professionalism and a friendly demeanor, and fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere during meals. This hands-on role involves setting tables, taking and accurately interpreting orders, adhering to high standards of food presentation, and answering questions about menu selections to ensure a positive dining experience for residents. Experience in food service and senior engagement is preferred but not mandatory as training will be provided. Candidates should be comfortable communicating in English both verbally and in writing and demonstrate compassion and enthusiasm for engaging with seniors.
