The Delaney at The Vale is currently seeking a hospitality-focused Server to join its vibrant culinary team. This role is pivotal in delivering full-scope, hands-on serving functions within the community, ensuring that every dining experience is marked by excellence, courtesy, and attention to detail. With flexible schedules available, including part-time opportunities on Sundays and Mondays from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm and full-time shifts during late afternoons and evenings throughout the week and weekends, this position offers versatility to fit various lifestyles.

The role of the Server extends beyond traditional food service duties; it entails upholding community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization, maintaining food quality, appearance, and presentation standards, as well as ensuring that the dining room ambiance reflects the high standards expected by the community. Servers are responsible for setting tables, maintaining workstations in proper order, taking orders, and providing service with a gracious and courteous approach.
