In this position, you will be the face of the restaurant, interacting directly with guests, providing detailed information about menu items and daily specials, and making genuine recommendations based on your knowledge and the guests’ preferences. You will accurately take and process orders using our POS system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency to minimize wait times and avoid mistakes. Beyond order-taking, you will serve food and beverages promptly and with professionalism, including preparing or serving specialty dishes directly at the table when required. Monitoring guests’ overall satisfaction during their meal is crucial, and you will be expected to respond swiftly and courteously to any concerns or issues that arise, ensuring that any problems are resolved to maintain a high level of customer service. Additionally, you will play a vital role in supporting restaurant operations by keeping service areas stocked with necessary supplies such as coffee, tableware, linens, and food items.
