The role of a dine-in food and beverage Server, Waitress, or Waiter is central to our restaurant’s operation. As core team members of the scratch kitchen, individuals in this role must bring forward exemplary customer service skills, ensuring each guest enjoys an individualized and exceptional experience from the moment they are seated until their departure. These team members engage with guests by anticipating their needs, answering questions about the menu, guiding them through their choices, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages. Servers must also be knowledgeable about the restaurant’s seating layout, understand how server areas are divided, and efficiently manage orders and payments. Training is provided on the job, so previous experience is not required, making this an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals passionate about hospitality and ready to grow within the company. Job Duties

  • Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
  • Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest's questions
  • Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments
  • Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant
