We are currently looking to hire a Dining Room Server. This role is essential in ensuring that our residents have an enjoyable and pleasant dining experience each day. The Dining Room Server performs a variety of functions in the dining room, including taking meal orders, serving food efficiently and correctly, and maintaining the dining area’s cleanliness and organization. This position requires an individual who is attentive to the needs of the residents, communicates effectively, and works well as part of a team. Working flexible shifts is a necessity for this role, as is the ability to lift a minimum of 15 pounds and stand for extended periods. The Dining Room Server also supports the community by delivering meal orders to resident apartments upon request and by ensuring that tables are properly set with napkins and tableware. As part of the role, the server is responsible for keeping condiment stations well stocked and maintaining salad and dessert counters. They also assist with cleaning tasks to ensure a sanitary dining environment.

Moreover, the role has a community outreach aspect, wherein the server may be involved in social media or community advertising by having their picture taken, and may also be subject to video recording from devices installed by residents' families. This reflects the transparent and family-focused nature of our community environment.
