HMSHost currently has an opening for a Server II position, which is a non-exempt role typically reporting to store managers or general managers, depending on location. The Server II position is vital as it involves direct interaction with guests, responsible for taking and delivering food and beverage orders efficiently, ensuring that service quality meets the company’s high standards, and coordinating with kitchen staff to maintain timely delivery. This role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence, as the server represents the face of HMSHost to guests. Among the responsibilities are checking guest needs, maintaining table cleanliness, managing payment transactions, adhering to company policies on service and cash handling, and supporting overall restaurant operations.

This position is ideal for individuals with prior serving experience, especially those who have worked in fast-paced or high-volume dining environments.
