The role being offered is that of a Restaurant Server, a critical position within the hospitality segment of TBCC’s operations. This position is primarily responsible for providing guests with a professional and enjoyable dining experience. As a server, the individual will take customer orders, present and deliver food and beverages, attend to guest needs, and ensure a smooth and memorable dining experience. The position requires a friendly and courteous demeanor to engage guests effectively, a strong commitment to upholding cleanliness and safety standards, and the ability to operate within a fast-paced and dynamic restaurant environment. Job Requirements
- Ability to read, understand, analyze, and interpret general training manuals, professional journals, or technical procedures
- ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from children, managers, associates, members, and the public
- ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
- minimum one year of customer service experience
- food service industry experience preferred
- state food handler certification
- responsible beverage service (RBS) state certification
- professional, friendly manner and excellent customer service attitude and abilities
- strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
- enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable team player

Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year of customer service experience, food service industry experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests
- provide excellent food and beverage service for restaurant guests
- maintain proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses
- check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor
- maintain a clean, safe work environment
- communicate timely and follow up as appropriate
- active participation in events, programs, meetings, and training
- represent the club in a professional manner through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through and response
- schedule varies and may require weekend and holiday hours, days, and evenings
