The role of Server onboard American Cruise Lines ships during the 2026 cruising season is a prominent and rewarding temporary position lasting approximately 28 weeks. Servers are essential contributors to the onboard hotel and restaurant experience, serving as proud representatives of the American Cruise Lines brand. Their primary responsibility is to ensure guests enjoy an elegant and memorable dining experience by providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service throughout breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hours.
