The duties involve suggesting drinks, appetizers, and desserts to guests, accurately inputting orders into the POS system, timely delivery of food orders, and ensuring guests’ needs are met throughout their visit. Servers also handle the settlement of customer bills and express gratitude to guests for their patronage. The physical demands include the ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, stoop, and safely carry up to 30 pounds. The company prides itself on training and providing career growth opportunities to its team members, encouraging a culture of advancement and continuous learning.
