Servers are responsible for guiding members and their guests through their dining journey by attending to their needs, anticipating their desires, and delivering a consistent, exceptional experience. As part of a close-knit team, the Server ensures that every interaction is marked by warmth and professionalism, making each guest feel appreciated. This role extends beyond merely taking orders and delivering food – it involves creating rapport, demonstrating genuine hospitality, and upholding the club's pristine image through professional demeanor and grooming standards.

The Server must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, alongside thorough knowledge of the menu’s food items, descriptions, and ingredients. This position demands a high level of communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with members, co-workers, and management. The Server is expected to maintain a fast-paced workflow while multitasking efficiently and managing all member checks and charges within their section accurately. From greeting members by name and ensuring proper table setup to presenting checks and thanking members as they leave, the Server represents the club’s commitment to exemplary service standards.

Physical demands of the role include standing for extended periods, walking, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds. The environment is typically moderate in noise level, with occasional exposure to outdoor conditions.
